Dalman (Import & Export) Ltd started trading in 1978 and have been distributing Miniscales throughout Europe and to all parts of the world since 1989. We are the official UK Miniscale Distributors for TANITA and for AMERICAN WEIGH, as well as having our own range of miniscales marketed under the ON BALANCE name.

We are also the European Distributors of Oris Nelson Enterprises, the US manufacturer of MIZAR jewellery testing equipment.

Our Company aims to supply quality products with prompt shipment and excellent after sales service. Within mainland UK we offer next day delivery to established customers on orders placed before 2 p.m. To Europe we offer next day shipment with transit times between 2 and 5 days depending on destination.

We offer a minimum of 2 years warranty on all of our products with some products carrying a 3 - 5 year warranty. We do not offer warranties of 30 - 50 years as advertised by some other companies. We consider this to be a marketing gimmick.

BEWARE OF FAKES
There are a growing number of small factories springing up in China offering copies of popular, successful designs. The most successful Tanita 1479V has been copied for several years and a copy of the Tanita 1210N is also now on the market. Popular Truweigh and CD designs, and even our new Miniscule, are also now being copied. All of these fakes are inferior to the original models.
